Backyard Discovery, a renowned manufacturer of high-quality outdoor leisure products, predominantly operated through wholesale channels. Despite its reputation and product quality, the company lacked a direct relationship with its end consumers. As the potential of digital channels escalated, the opportunity to transition to a direct-to-consumer (D2C) model became increasingly apparent.
