The company markets science-backed formulations featuring its proprietary Micreobalance® technology, positioning itself as a clinically-driven alternative in the clean beauty space.
The Challenge
Gladskin, an internationally recognized biotech and skincare company, had carved out a niche in direct-to-consumer. To strengthen its US presence, it needed to add a Head of Growth Marketing, eCommerce Product Manager, Ops Manager, Project Manager, and Social Media Manager, and to find versatile, entrepreneurial people who understood the brand's offerings and ethos.
Our Approach
Chameleon Collective partnered closely with Gladskin's CEO and Interim Head of Marketing on a recruitment drive in spring 2020.
