The Challenge
The Samuel Hubbard website, a key digital platform for the brand, was going through a rough patch. It had been entrusted to a development company that lacked agility and cost-efficiency, and the site was full of hurdles. The brand needed to make continual changes, but the existing process was cumbersome and slow.
Our Approach
Chameleon Collective overhauled the development process. We started by streamlining the theme preview and publishing process, which laid the foundation for everything else. From there, we went deeper into user experience, reimagining how products were presented. We also restructured the navigation to be more intuitive and added tools to simplify product discovery, recalibrating every element of the site around the user's journey.
