The Challenge
Staq, a promising fintech startup, set out to disrupt financial services with a peer-to-peer payment, commercial wallet, and blockchain asset management platform. To make a real impact in a competitive sector, it needed a compelling brand and an experience that was convenient, valuable, and supportive for users.
Our Approach

Through user interviews, we informed and validated the strategic direction and refined user archetypes for both experience and marketing. At the same time, we redesigned the brand, defined optimal market positioning, and crafted clear, compelling messaging, along with visual artefacts that embodied the new identity and supported organic user acquisition.
