The Challenge
ICEMULE, a DTC portable cooler brand, had marketing gaps: some vital activity wasn't being tracked, putting the ROI of its paid media at risk. The team also saw affiliate marketing as a way to scale revenue, but the channel needed refinement to reach its full potential.
Our Approach
Brittany MacBeth of Chameleon Collective started with a full audit of ICEMULE's Google Analytics account, then overhauled the analytics framework. In parallel, she reviewed the brand's affiliate landscape and mapped strategies to grow affiliate demand and its share of DTC revenue. To make the data transparent, she built several Google Data Studio dashboards that pulled every media source into real-time tracking, and led the brand's transition to GA4.
