Oula Health needed greater confidence in its marketing analytics and conversion tracking. The team wasn't sure whether GA4 was configured correctly or whether Freshpaint, its healthcare-focused tracking platform, was accurately capturing key booking events.
They also needed support with conversion tracking across Meta and Google Ads, along with someone who could coordinate between internal stakeholders, Freshpaint support, and paid media partners to troubleshoot issues and improve measurement consistency.
Juan Carlos audited GA4 and Freshpaint to identify tracking issues, clean up duplicate events, and improve conversion tracking across Meta and Google Ads.
He worked closely with Oula's development team, Freshpaint support, and paid media partners to troubleshoot issues and make sure key booking events were passing the right values.
Juan Carlos also audited and QA'd a Looker Studio dashboard showing marketing KPIs and the patient booking funnel, checking that the reporting aligned with the underlying tracking data.
One of the biggest wins was getting key booking events to pass the right values into GA4, something that took about a month of troubleshooting and collaboration between Oula's developers, Freshpaint, and analytics.
This made it possible to measure the patient booking funnel more effectively, including which types of care patients were selecting and where they were dropping off in the booking process.
We also resolved duplicate and inconsistent tracking issues and QA'd the Looker Studio dashboard, giving the team a clearer view of their marketing KPIs and more confidence in the data behind their reporting.
Ultimately, Oula went from having questions about whether its tracking was working correctly to having a more reliable foundation for understanding patient behaviour and evaluating marketing performance.
