Our Approach

We built a trusted data fabric combining public records, listings, taxes, and utility info. A finance-grade DSCR/NOI engine handled offer calculations.
A localized rehab estimator pulled contractor rates and past bids for precise budgeting. Policy and compliance checks were handled through retrieval-augmented reasoning.
Every output came with clear, traceable logic, flowing through a defined approval chain—from analyst to GC to investment lead. The system didn’t just offer a price—it explained it, reframing the offer as a "sell-now vs. hold" decision to align sellers and investors.
