Commercial & Revenue Strategy Advisor
I help marketing services firms and agencies turn growth ambition into a more structured, scalable, and predictable revenue engine. I’ve spent 30 years leading global growth organizations, contributing to more than $3B in revenue growth and building teams and commercial systems across 30 international markets. My work sits at the intersection of positioning, prospecting, and pitch execution, with a focus on helping organizations win the right business, not just more business. I typically work with leadership teams who are ready to scale but need clearer direction, stronger commercial discipline, or more experienced growth leadership to get there. Through Chameleon Collective, I play a dual role: I work directly with leadership teams to improve how they position, pursue, and win business. And I bring in the right category leaders and subject-matter experts to solve specific commercial, transformation, and growth challenge. This allows clients to access senior expertise without overbuilding internal teams. Where I Lead I bring structure and accountability to growth, aligning positioning, pipeline development, and pitch execution into a more cohesive revenue model. Business Development Transformation I redesign how organizations pursue and win business, improving pipeline governance, qualification, and decision-making. Positioning & Market Strategy I help companies define where they can win and translate that into a clear, credible market story that supports growth. Prospecting & Pitch Strategy I strengthen pipeline quality and improve conversion by building more disciplined outreach and pursuit models. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Design I help leadership teams connect business strategy to revenue. When to Call Me Pipeline is active but not converting. positioning feels broad or unclear, leadership is aligned on ambition, but not on how to get there and you need senior growth leadership without hiring a full-time CGO.
