The Challenge
Advania UK faced a dual-phase challenge: an expedited MVP to rebrand from Content+Cloud and launch advania.co.uk within 15 weeks, including new branding, UX/UI design for 35 pages, front-end development, SEO, content migration, and testing. Phase 2 was more extensive, involving new page templates, expanded navigation, decommissioning three partner sites, and integrating content from up to 150 pages into the new website, all while ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and search-optimized experience.
Our Approach
The Chameleon Collective team addressed the challenge with a bold and transformative strategy. We employed an agile sprint plan to ensure rapid progress while staying closely aligned with client dependencies. Our design featured a modular, fully responsive website that streamlined navigation and content management. We adhered to best practices to deliver an intuitive user experience, optimal performance across all devices, and GDPR compliance. We seamlessly integrated with HubSpot, incorporating their forms, chat, and booking widgets, as well as integrating HubSpot landing pages into the Insights section. Key tech partners were integrated to enhance data flow and lead generation. Post-launch, we provided ongoing support and training to empower Advania UK's team.
The Impact
The result was a fresh, modern brand and enhanced user experience for Advania UK. The new site improved navigation, lead generation paths, and user engagement. Security headers were elevated from an F to an A rating, and robust GDPR compliance was implemented. The website excelled in Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO, with scores ranging from 90 to 100. Our support enabled Advania UK to maintain and build on these advancements, ensuring long-term success and stability.
