We clarified the brand’s stance and message architecture, refreshed its voice (“wise and welcoming; knowledgeable, confident, playful, empathetic”), updated visual direction, overhauled ecommerce, and produced new PDP content—building a consistent, stigma-breaking presence from site to retail.
AI Enablement & Content Systems. Through hands-on sessions, we moved the team from AI-curious to AI-capable, creating a “Speak like a pH-D” playbook and a human-in-the-loop content system. Powered by a Knowledge Base, AI pipelines now generate compliant, clinically accurate content (PDPs, FAQs, emails, education, quizzes), while creator rules cut reshoots and preserved brand polish.
Campaign Execution: Raise Your Vagina IQ™. We built a content factory producing manifesto variants, poster headlines, influencer kits, quizzes, and web modules. The campaign turned censorship into confidence, capped by a Times Square billboard boldly using “vagina.”
