Working closely with the CIO, we built a marketing strategy grounded in data and execution. This included content and promotional planning, a structured marketing calendar, and revamped sales and inventory processes. We also advised on team structure and talent needs, ensuring Weaver had the internal muscle to sustain success after our exit.
Unlike traditional agencies, we weren’t there to stay—we were there to solve, strengthen, and step back. We acted as embedded leaders, bringing clarity, expertise, and a bias for action.
