Durvet, a leading animal health manufacturer and distributor with nearly $250M in annual revenue, had invested several years, and millions-of-dollars, in a cloud ERP and warehouse modernization initiative that repeatedly missed implementation milestones. Leadership needed an independent executive assessment to determine whether to continue with the existing approach or pivot to a new strategy while minimizing additional cost, risk, and business disruption.
