The Challenge

Combe Incorporated, a retail-focused company, was moving into direct-to-consumer eCommerce and needed to build an eCommerce team. Its White Plains location made it hard to find strategic, execution-oriented talent willing to commute or already nearby.

Our Approach

Chameleon Recruiting helped Combe build its eCommerce team. We started with an eCommerce Technical Project Manager, researching the technical skills the role needed and sourcing over 120 candidates before narrowing to four from a range of industries. Combe then asked for help hiring a Senior Manager of Email/CRM; we reached out to more than 60 candidates, shortlisted seven, and placed one who fit Combe's culture and growth needs.

The Impact
