In 2023, Chamberlain sought to re-establish its marketing function, seen as critical to its ability to scale its SaaS and connected services business, and move deeper into commercial markets.
As an interim head of marketing for the B2B/commercial business, led:
• An assessment of the current state of marketing to fulfill the role of driving growth in expanded markets with new solutions—including the organizational model, budget and multi-year forecast, and technology infrastructure
• The development of an operating model and organizational structure that delivered cost savings of over 30% in year one
• A plan and delivery of enhanced resourcing in key areas that would deliver market share growth: channel program development, sales enablement, and focused, directed marketing
• Management and execution of a first ever go-to-market plan
• Recruitment of new leadership team
• Change management and communications plans
