Priorities can include: Proximity to the customer Simplicity Cultural alignment The ability to deliver core marketing activities effectively My approach sometimes also leverages insights from a comprehensive Marketing Skills Assessment, which evaluates the team’s current skills and capabilities. Typical deliverables can include: A clear set of design principles for the new organization An informed, agreed-upon final design (including structure charts, sub-team purpose statements, FTE numbers, and financial implications) An implementation roadmap Supporting materials such as briefing documents, job descriptions, and FAQs
