The Challenge

DailyLook, a fast-growing, digitally native subscription box brand, needed specialized talent in social media and retention strategy to keep acquiring subscribers at pace.

Our Approach

We have worked closely with DailyLook's CEO and COO to understand their hiring needs, including through their acquisition by Victoria's Secret. Using our network, we quickly placed a Senior Social Media Manager and a Head of Growth, then a Head of Retention and Loyalty Marketing, and most recently an Operations lead focused on the Victoria's Secret integration, each found in minimal time.
