As an Executive Recruiter with Chameleon Collective, Elise supports startups, Retail organizations or agencies identifying the right talents for their organization with an approach focusing on assessing the culture fit beyond matching skills. Before joining Chameleon, she focused on building teams in fast-paced environments to exceed goals. She occupied Executive positions with vente-privee.com (VP Sales), Fab.com (VP Merchandising), Groupon (Divisional Merchandising Manager) and moved from NY and worked for Max Studio as an Executive Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing before founding Executive Search Digital, a Marketing recruiting agency based in LA. Elise combines a deep knowledge of all aspects of eCommerce, Merchandising & digital marketing, an extensive network in both the US and Europe, an intuitive skill for assessing individual capabilities and an understanding of complex client needs. She also supports EU companies building subsidiaries in the US and advises them on their development there beyond recruiting. Elise moved to the US a decade ago from France where she is originally from and lives in LA with her husband and three children. When not working she is with her crew exploring some part of the globe as an avid traveler or running with her dog.
