The Challenge

The Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (MPIPHP) faced a pressing challenge: their digital platform had become outdated, visually inconsistent, and difficult for users to navigate. The lack of a unified design—scattered typography, mismatched colour schemes, and disjointed branding—created a confusing experience for users trying to access critical pension and health benefit information. With overwhelming forms and a cluttered interface, users struggled to find the relevant details they needed. MPIPHP approached Chameleon Collective to lead a full-scale rebranding and modernisation of their platform to align with current UX/UI standards.

Our Approach

Chameleon Collective took on the challenge by reimagining MPIPHP’s digital experience from the ground up. Our team executed a full UX/UI redesign, simplifying the site to make it intuitive and user-friendly. We implemented a multi-step form system to streamline navigation, allowing users to filter through complex options and access personalised information quickly. The refreshed UI featured cohesive typography, a modern colour palette, and a custom illustration style to engage users visually and reinforce MPIPHP’s brand identity. Each design element worked together to create a seamless, unified experience, with storytelling woven throughout to make the platform feel approachable and relevant to its audience.

The results were transformative. The revamped platform dramatically improved user navigation, making it easy for individuals to find the right information without frustration. The multi-step form system guided users through complex choices, reducing confusion and improving satisfaction. The cohesive design, featuring modern typography and colour usage, elevated the platform’s functionality and aesthetics, bringing MPIPHP into the modern era. Ultimately, the rebrand enhanced user engagement, positioned MPIPHP as a more approachable and professional resource, and cemented its role as a user-centric platform in the entertainment industry.
