The Challenge

The Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (MPIPHP) faced a pressing challenge: their digital platform had become outdated, visually inconsistent, and difficult for users to navigate. The lack of a unified design—scattered typography, mismatched color schemes, and disjointed branding—created a confusing experience for users trying to access critical pension and health benefit information. With overwhelming forms and a cluttered interface, users struggled to find the relevant details they needed. MPIPHP approached Chameleon Collective to lead a full-scale rebranding and modernization of their platform to align with current UX/UI standards.

Our Approach

Chameleon Collective took on the challenge by reimagining MPIPHP’s digital experience from the ground up. Our team executed a full UX/UI redesign, simplifying the site to make it intuitive and user-friendly. We implemented a multi-step form system to streamline navigation, allowing users to filter through complex options and access personalized information quickly. The refreshed UI featured cohesive typography, a modern color palette, and a custom illustration style to engage users visually and reinforce MPIPHP’s brand identity. Each design element worked together to create a seamless, unified experience, with storytelling woven throughout to make the platform feel approachable and relevant to its audience.
