The Challenge
Lights4Fun, a strong player in European home decor, set its sights on the US market with a clear ambition: replicate its UK and European success in the States. That meant finding a General Manager able to build and scale a business in an unfamiliar market.
Our Approach
As soon as Chameleon Collective understood the goal, Melissa Pacheco identified a candidate she had in mind, someone with the right expertise plus the passion and adaptability Lights4Fun needed. Within weeks, the match was made. From there, we worked closely with the new General Manager and Lights4Fun's UK veterans to build a team that could handle the challenge of building an ecommerce business from scratch, adding a Social Media Manager and an Ecommerce Coordinator to the team, with a copywriter next.
