Migration roadmap from Sitecore to Builder.io cut operational costs by 80% and eliminated customer experience debt.
Orlando Health

Orlando Health has been using Sitecore since 2014 to power it's consumer facing websites and was struggling with rising operational costs, and a growing backlog of customer experience debt.
Orlando Health engaged Chameleon Collective to develop a strategy to modernise their CMS platform and help them lower their operational costs and dramatically improve team productivity and retire their CX debt.
Chameleon Collective analysed their needs and subsequently evaluated the current offerings in the CMS marketplace and recommended Builder.io following the execution of a rapid Proof of Concept. Based on this evaluation, Chameleon developed a migration strategy and business case to support securing funding and approval by Orlando Health's executive team.
The migration strategy and business case developed demonstrated that Orlando Health could migrate from Sitecore to Builder.io primarily leveraging their in house team and therefore dramatically improve their productivity by streamlining the process to make updates to their sites. Additionally, the business case showed that the migration would lower their ongoing operational costs to maintain their websites by 80%.
