US Auto Parts, a company with three sub-brands, set out to rebrand and attract a younger audience to become consumers' preferred option for car parts. To get there, it wanted to build a strong internal marketing and creative team under its new CMO. The Art Director role was seen as paramount, providing leadership as the rest of the team was built.
