The Challenge
After emerging from bankruptcy, True Religion faced a steep decline in its online presence. The brand saw year-over-year drops in site visitors, conversions, and revenue. To regain traction and improve customer acquisition, True Religion needed a comprehensive digital overhaul.
Our Approach
True Religion partnered with Chameleon Collective to revamp its online customer acquisition. We ran a comprehensive audit to identify the key concerns and opportunities, then led Digital Redesign workshops to collaboratively reimagine the brand's online presence. This included a complete revamp of paid search, retargeting, and Facebook/Instagram strategy. We then rapidly scaled the paid media budgets to nearly nine figures in media spend while generating industry-beating ROAS.
