Music To Your Home is a family-owned private music instruction service founded in 2003 by husband-and-wife team Vincent and Tracy Reina. The Challenge
Music to Your Home, a well-regarded music lessons provider, faced two problems: an outdated website that wasn't connecting with visitors, and a disjointed online booking platform.
Our Approach
Chameleon Collective rebuilt the WordPress website from the ground up, creating a clear stage to showcase the teachers and the range of lessons offered, and making it easy to book a lesson. The revamped booking system added real-time teacher availability, Zoom integration that later moved smoothly to Google Meet, SMS notifications, and a sync with QuickBooks to keep the back end in order. We also added an online gift certificate option, so lessons could be purchased as gifts and either printed at home or sent digitally by email.
The Impact
The new site delivered a richer experience that showcased Music to Your Home's educators and lessons. Moving to a more robust hosting platform improved performance, with faster loading and smoother navigation, while SEO best practices and strong CTAs lifted the site's digital presence. The new booking system streamlined the user journey and consolidated transactions directly on the site, bringing online and at-home lessons together with seamless accounting behind the scenes.
