Rebuilding Snap Finance's Marketing After Leadership Exits

Chameleon Collective started by digging into Snap's ecosystem, including team dynamics, the marketing playbook, the tech backbone, and operational workflows. Our goal was to create and implement strategies that would strengthen customer interactions while improving conversion and retention. We built a portfolio of marketing tools to engage partners and drive sales, and revitalized CRM and lifecycle best practices with better tracking and analytics. Our B2B and B2C experts revamped the email marketing program with new emails and real-time tracking, and our creative team supported Snap's in-house team with copy and design. We also supported recruiting and screening, filling leadership roles on an interim basis while guiding Snap to hire the right people and reorganize the team.

The work grew into an extended partnership. Snap's marketing team launched streamlined processes, supported by improved writer, brand, and design guidelines. The effort drove continuous growth and helped ensure that Snap Finance wasn't just recovering, but thriving in a post-pandemic landscape.
