Snap Finance empowers consumers with bad or no credit by providing accessible lease-to-own financing and installment loan solutions. Their technology leverages data and machine learning to make credit more inclusive, ensuring that individuals can obtain essential goods without the barriers of traditional credit assessments.
The Challenge
After the pandemic, Snap Finance was dealing with a reduced team and key leadership departures, most notably its CMO and the head of its lifecycle team. Beyond filling those roles, the company wanted a revitalized marketing strategy to drive B2B and B2C growth and re-energize relationships with customers and merchants.
Our Approach
Chameleon Collective started by digging into Snap's ecosystem, including team dynamics, the marketing playbook, the tech backbone, and operational workflows. Our goal was to create and implement strategies that would strengthen customer interactions while improving conversion and retention. We built a portfolio of marketing tools to engage partners and drive sales, and revitalized CRM and lifecycle best practices with better tracking and analytics. Our B2B and B2C experts revamped the email marketing program with new emails and real-time tracking, and our creative team supported Snap's in-house team with copy and design. We also supported recruiting and screening, filling leadership roles on an interim basis while guiding Snap to hire the right people and reorganize the team.
