The Challenge

Tangem, a group of blockchain innovators, had developed a groundbreaking chip-to-chain technology: a smart banknote that put self-custody of cryptocurrency into a physical card. As Tangem prepared to launch to a broader audience of crypto enthusiasts, it faced a pressing challenge. With a major trade show less than six weeks away, it needed to rapidly build a commerce site, a B2B site, and redesign the physical card.

Our Approach

Chameleon Collective assembled a dedicated team of blockchain experts and content creators, working globally to collaborate across time zones. We structured the work so copy and web design could progress at the same time, with final edits made directly to the live sites. The team aligned quickly on card design inspiration, allowing several iterations before finalizing.
