The Challenge
Hawk AI, a leading technology company in the AML (anti money laundering) space, engaged us on a six month contract to manage internal applicants and external sourcing across multiple time zones. While Hawk AI was already established in the industry, we were new to the AML space and needed to quickly get up to speed to effectively support their hiring needs. The engagement involved balancing multiple hiring managers and recruiting for a wide range of roles in the EU, US, and APAC.
Our Approach
We led a coordinated recruitment effort spanning diverse positions including Customer Success Managers in the EU, US, and APAC, PR Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, Enterprise Account Director, Account Executives in the US and UK, Senior Data Scientists, and DevOps professionals.
