Our goal was to optimize and scale Oula's paid media, starting with Google and Meta. We began with a deep-dive audit of the existing campaigns, reviewing performance history and creative, checking conversion tracking, and confirming the accounts followed best practices. The audit made clear a strategy shift was needed. We restructured the campaigns, added new non-brand keywords, fixed conversion tracking issues, cut wasteful spend, updated ad copy and creative, and gave landing page CRO recommendations. We also worked with Oula to set up a creative A/B testing cadence in Meta to find the best mix of images, video, and copy.

Since Chameleon Collective took over Oula's paid media, the clinic has seen a 38% increase in patient bookings and a 12% decrease in cost per booking, while ad spend has scaled steadily over several months.
