The Challenge

Intelity, a provider of in-room tablets and SaaS products for hotels, casinos, and cruise ships, had expanded significantly over five years, and Chameleon Collective had partnered throughout with both embedded recruiting and contingency searches. Its growth strategy included a 2018 merger with Keypr and a move into the UK market. The challenge was identifying key people from competitors and hiring candidates who had the right skills and fit the company culture.

Our Approach

Chameleon Collective supported Intelity's engineering team development and hiring across Project, Marketing, and Sales. We also took on hiring a Managing Director within three months to lead Intelity's entry into the EU market.

The Impact

The recruitment drive delivered several strategic hires for Intelity, including a Product Marketing Manager, Project Manager, Full Stack engineer, Managing Director UK, Data engineer, Sales engineer, Sales Managers, and a Deployment engineer. With the team in place, the new UK Managing Director started in Spring 2019, building out the local team and advancing Intelity's expansion. The recruiting work helped Intelity hit its domestic growth goals and break into the UK market.
