The Saadia Group, with a vision for legacy brands, acquired New York & Company and Lord & Taylor. Both iconic brands had seen better days, grappling with market turbulence and heavy dependency on brick-and-mortar stores. Lord & Taylor had even faced bankruptcy. The challenge was twofold: transitioning these brands into digital-only powerhouses and navigating the significant knowledge gap with limited experienced personnel for this digital leap.
