About SAADIA

SAADIA appears to be a company in early development or undergoing significant website reconstruction, as evidenced by the construction imagery and multiple 500 server errors across key pages. The limited accessible content suggests either a stealth-mode startup, a company in transition, or a technical infrastructure issue preventing proper content display.

The Challenge

The Saadia Group, with a vision for legacy brands, acquired New York & Company and Lord & Taylor. Both iconic brands had seen better days, grappling with market turbulence and heavy dependency on brick-and-mortar stores. Lord & Taylor had even faced bankruptcy. The challenge was twofold: transitioning these brands into digital-only powerhouses and navigating the significant knowledge gap with limited experienced personnel for this digital leap.

Our Approach

Chameleon Collective initiated the journey with our signature CLEAR assessment, illuminating the path for all marketing avenues, from CRM to performance marketing. Our insights honed in on critical growth areas. We galvanized the Saadia Group's digital pivot by headhunting the right talent, finessing agency relationships, and instilling tried-and-true marketing best practices. Additionally, a robust data-driven foundation was laid, amplifying business performance insights. An integral part of our collaboration was orchestrating an RFP process to identify an adept marketing agency and then mentoring them for seamless integration.

The Impact

The transformative journey bore fruit almost immediately. Enhanced marketing visibility and channel discernment ushered in striking success for 2023's first quarter. New York & Company celebrated a 10% surge in revenue on 24% less media spend. Its ROAS skyrocketed by over 40%, and order costs plummeted by 36%. Lord & Taylor's story was even more compelling. With a 55% media spend hike, its ROAS shot up by an incredible 170%. Order costs dived by 42%, while revenue made a historic leap of 325% YoY for Q1 2023.
