The Challenge
Vera Bradley, a brand with a loyal and passionate consumer base, wanted to offer enhanced experiences to its customers. To do that, it aimed to optimise its in-house expertise and reduce its dependency on external agencies, which meant shifting to an in-house agency model. The change brought challenges, especially recruiting candidates open to relocating to Fort Wayne, IN, and fitting the brand's unique culture.
