From GTM Strategy to Hottest Wellness Space

Our team brought in a Marketing Leader to set the strategic vision for Sage + Sound and its wellness partners. The work started with an in-depth go-to-market strategy, followed by a holistic marketing plan, calendar, and processes to support future efforts. We built a brand strategy across the different parts of the business, mapping a six-month course for each, and added two Chameleons specializing in email and SEO. To make it durable, we established a marketing organisation and recruited key roles, including the Head of Marketing and a Retention Director.

The planning paid off. Just three months after launch, the media spotlighted Sage + Sound as "New York's Hottest Wellness Space." The marketing foundation enabled valuable partnerships, and the new team capitalised on emerging opportunities. With a clear roadmap in hand, the marketing team was well equipped to drive sustainable growth.
