Founded in 2014 and headquartered in El Segundo, California, Scalefast integrates a fully localized commerce experience, helping brands simplify cross-border transactions in over 200 markets.
The Challenge
After securing additional funding and needing to scale, Scalefast required a strong marketing team so its CMO and Co-Founder could delegate effectively. The focus was on two roles: a Director of Marketing to oversee multiple channels and lead content and communication strategy, and a Senior Manager of Lead Generation to drive acquisition with a growth-hacker mindset.
Our Approach
Chameleon Collective ran a careful search for candidates who were not just highly skilled but able to adapt to the fast pace of a rapidly scaling company. Given the roles and Scalefast's global environment, we built a pipeline of more than 40 candidates across the company's offices in Los Angeles, Paris, and Madrid.

A year into their tenure, both have become integral to the Scalefast team, delivering on all KPIs and driving significant growth.
