The Challenge
The CommerceNext benchmarking study, sponsored by Oracle, set out to capture the priorities of top marketing executives in eCommerce. CommerceNext needed a partner that could handle everything from research design to data analysis to media outreach.
Our Approach
Chameleon Collective developed the inaugural research study, How Leading eCommerce Retailers and Direct-to-Consumer Brands Are Investing in Digital. We crafted the methodology, ran survey development and interviews, analyzed the data, and shaped the findings into a report through copywriting and design. We then built the go-to-market plan for launch, including PR strategy and execution, content, design, and website development, so the insights reached the right audience.
