Partner, Fractional Head of Growth
Farzana helps brands unlock profitable growth when the stakes are high. Companies typically turn to her at a critical inflection point: customer acquisition costs are rising, growth has plateaued, a private equity investment has raised expectations for performance, or the marketing organization needs greater structure and discipline to scale. As a Partner at Chameleon Collective and fractional CMO and Head of Growth, she works with DTC, retail, and B2B businesses to identify what is holding growth back and build the strategy, capabilities, and operating model to move the business forward. Her work spans performance marketing, digital strategy, e-commerce, customer acquisition and retention, analytics, and organizational transformation. She helps companies improve ROAS and CAC, build cross-channel growth strategies grounded in data and margin discipline, restructure teams and capabilities, and lead digital transformation initiatives. Her career has included both operator and advisor roles, working with brands including Bugaboo, Erno Laszlo, John Hardy, Unilever, eBay, Vera Bradley, The New York Times, and AccuWeather. She also founded Gallop Labs, a predictive marketing technology company built around behavioral segmentation. Most recently, Farzana has helped triple new customer acquisition for a leading women's health brand while improving efficiency, built the performance media engine supporting a $100M+ DTC portfolio, and advised companies navigating international expansion, digital transformation, and periods of significant change. She works closely with founders, CEOs, executive teams, and private equity operators to turn growth challenges into clear priorities and measurable action, bringing the combination of strategic leadership and hands-on execution needed to accelerate growth without sacrificing profitability.
