Chameleon Collective was tasked with creating a high-performing MSO, blending fractional leadership & implementation support to build an internal marketing team from the ground up. We began with an onsite workshop to understand the practices' perspectives on opportunities and challenges, redefining high-level marketing initiatives & strategies.
Following the workshop, our interim digital marketing leader conducted a comprehensive audit to align our findings with the current state of their marketing efforts. Our team developed a new overarching marketing strategy that aligned with HH's goals. This included digital asset inventory, data consolidation, audience & geo segmentation, content strategies, & mapping full-funnel conversion economics.
