Malin+Goetz, a high-quality skincare brand, needed to ramp up their ecommerce growth and optimize their digital strategy. Their challenges included transitioning to a new email service provider, developing a revenue-driving triggered campaign strategy, establishing a loyalty program, and better understanding ecommerce traffic sources.

By creating an Amazon-specific marketing calendar and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) strategy, optimizing content (design and copy), managing customer reviews, and providing ongoing Amazon Marketing support, we equipped Malin+Goetz to navigate the challenges of the pandemic effectively.
