He also works with B2C and B2B clients ranging from startups to Global 500 businesses across a multitude of industries including retail, eCommerce, SaaS, finance, CPG, health tech, consumer services, and financial apps. Prior to becoming a consultant, Austin worked in-house for notable companies such as Google, Finish Line and Angie’s List as well as high-growth tech companies in Silicon Valley. As a consultant, he has served in strategic paid media marketing roles and managed teams of consultants with a number of clients in the health and beauty industry including Beachbody, Dermstore, Skyn ICELAND, AYA Med Spas, Oula, Health-E Commerce, Legacy and DoNotAge. Austin recently partnered with an M&A firm to lead marketing due diligence prior to a $30m acquisition of an ecommerce company in the longevity supplement space. He also served as a fractional CMO, building out the companies 30-day, 90-day and one year post-acquisition marketing strategy, and sourcing a team of experts from Chameleon Collective to execute on the plan. His strategy included everything from paid media, SEO, website CRO, data analytics, affiliates, influencers, video and email marketing. Austin has also partnered with large PE firms like TSG Consumer and KKR to oversee and execute multi-million paid media strategies for their portfolio companies to increase revenue and profitability.
