BJ is a UX/UI designer focused on designing for dynamic digital experiences. He has been honing his user experience craft for 10+ years and brings an empathetic approach to solve human-centric challenges for companies. He has held numerous user experience design positions over the years including Principal UX/UI Designer at Capital One and Senior UX/UI Designer at AARP. While at Capital One he led the in-person experiences design team, focusing on the intersection of digital and physical experiences. He helped design and maintain an iPad application that Capital One associates use to interface with their customers at branches and Capital One Cafés. He led design for end to end features such as mobile authentication, the check-in experience at Capital One branches, and self-guided financial well-being tools.
