Blink Fitness, a corporate and franchise-based gym owned by Equinox Group, aimed to expand their network and increase creative production on a budget considerably smaller than their competitors’. With more than 100 locations nationwide, Blink was in dire need of an efficient marketing and advertising agency to build awareness, drive customer engagement, and promote growth.
Approach:
From late 2019 to 2021, Chameleon Collective stepped in as Blink’s in-house creative agency. We pooled our resources, including interim creative directors, copywriters, designers, and growth marketers, to create compelling content and execute growth marketing campaigns. Our collaboration with Blink’s CMO and CEO resulted in top-notch outputs like always-on social media content and a Facebook Live trainer-led workout series. Additionally, our growth marketing team carried out a complete overhaul of Blink’s marketing efforts. This strategic revamp significantly reduced new customer acquisition costs and staffing expenditures without compromising the speed or quality of our deliverables.
