Selecting Discord and Instagram as primary battlegrounds, we kicked off with a meticulous competitive research and intensive branding exercise to frame Sunbird’s story. The brand’s unveiling was marked by a PR press event, catalyzing industry excitement. Our multipronged strategy encompassed captivating contests, exclusive alpha testing privileges, and fostering a burgeoning brand community. Our approach transformed Discord channels into buzzing hives of discussions around Androids, messaging, founder AMA’s, and dev access. Organic brand advocates flourished under our guidance, and we paired this with tactful PR moves, unveiling product teasers and announcing growth milestones. We integrated AI-driven ChatGPT Discord chatbots to enhance community support, allowing our human touchpoints to focus on deepening user engagement and guiding the community narrative.

Impact:

Sunbird didn’t just meet its objectives, it soared past them. Their landing page achieved 50k waitlist signups in a mere 5 weeks, obliterating their 6-month goal. Total signups later rocketed past 145k. The press buzzed with over 50 articles about Sunbird. A thriving Discord community of 20k members became testament to Sunbird’s resonance among Gen Z, successfully marking its territory on their favorite digital platforms.
