Enabling eCommerce Success: Serving as G-Form’s In-House Marketing Catalyst
Challenge:
G-Form historically distributed its products in retail channels where shelf presence & brand storytelling was limited. G-Form needed to enhance its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy and approach to build top-of-funnel awareness and expand revenue beyond brick and mortar.Â
Approach:
Chameleon Collective conducted a thorough examination of G-Form’s historical data and user behavior patterns. This in-depth analysis revealed potential highly profitable, scalable channels, presenting new opportunities for reaching and interacting with G-Form’s core audience. Utilizing a data-driven approach, we identified several factors that were impeding DTC growth. Armed with this information, we moved to implement solutions and establish partnerships to overcome these challenges. As a part of the revamp, we designed a custom Google Data Studio dashboard which provided real-time reporting and insights into spend, revenue, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and other vital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels. We also trained and mentored an existing employee in multiple facets of DTC marketing, enabling him to take on a bigger marketing role when Chameleon Collective’s completed its engagement.
Impact:
Chameleon Collective’s integrated and collaborative approach ignited growth from multiple channels and strengthened G-Form’s marketing muscle. G-Form was set up to double eCommerce growth, maintain a healthy marketing budget and enable swift decision-making, leading to effective and efficient strategic execution.Â
