Mielle Organics, positioned at an inflection point of growth, received an investment from a PE firm to fuel their expansion ambitions. While they had the resources, they required the right leadership to steer this transition. Their primary challenge was to onboard an eCommerce Director to guide their expansion, a role pivotal to realizing the potential the PE investment promised.
