Revitalizing D2C Revenue through Strategic Campaigns for Skyn ICELAND

 

Challenge:

Skyn ICELAND, an online beauty retailer, experienced a decline in their direct-to-consumer (D2C) revenue for 2019. They needed an effective marketing strategy that would turn their performance around, and so they turned to Chameleon Collective.

Approach:

Our task was to develop a paid social marketing strategy, build segmented marketing funnels, and drive an increase in return on ad spend (ROAS). Chameleon Collective created and executed comprehensive campaigns tailored to skyn ICELAND’s needs. By segmenting their marketing funnels and developing a targeted paid social strategy, we focused on increasing their ROAS and consequently, their revenue.

Impact:

Within just one month, we achieved a 151% increase in ROAS, up from 163% to an impressive 410%. 

Additionally, we achieved the highest revenue month of the year attributed to Facebook in our first month of implementing our new strategy.
