Ilan spent the past 15 years focused on retail innovation with an emphasis on merchandising and e-commerce. Prior to joining Chameleon Collective, he founded Full Grain Focus Partners, a boutique consulting firm providing e-commerce strategy, merchandising and management services to fashion brands, retailers and startups.

In the early online days, Ilan launched and managed e-commerce for many leading fashion and luxury brands as Director of Designer Sites at Neiman Marcus. He later joined YOOX to start and run their Monobrand Division globally. His teams have launched and managed e-commerce globally for brands including: Michael Kors, Valentino, D&G, Emilio Pucci, David Yurman, Giorgio Armani, Baccarat, Moschino, Juicy Couture, Elie Tahari, St John and many others.

Ilan has also held executive merchandising and planning positions at Kate Spade and Henri Bendel.

Education: Columbia University (MBA) and Dartmouth College (BA).
