FIS's Output Solutions (FOS), a print and mail provider in Customer Communication Management (CCM), felt the pressure of digital disruption. It had to evolve its go-to-market strategy while launching a new suite of digital solutions, all while fighting market perception and a lack of internal digital expertise.
