Holly is a high-energy, performance-driven executive with 20+ years of communications leadership experience across agency, corporate and non-profit.
Holly recently served an 18-month stint as the interim Head of Communications for Mielle Organics. In this role, Holly led the communication strategy, planning and execution for the brand and its founder – including the launch of three collections, numerous line extensions, and a high-impact debut in Ulta. Notably, Holly also oversaw the brand’s careful communications strategy for its new partnership with P&G, as well as the response to a viral social media controversy.
During her 12-year tenure at Macy’s, Holly led the company’s consumer communications efforts – heading PR for major global media events like Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Macy’s 4th of July Firework, and launching high-profile fashion and home brands (Martha Stewart Collection, Material Girl, Karl Lagerfeld, etc.). Holly regularly oversaw delicate communications initiatives, including crisis management for the brand’s iconic events and for breaking in-store issues.
