To develop sales enablement tools for Captive Resources, I led a five-week sprint involving stakeholder interviews and a deep dive into Voice-of-Customer data and competitive research. To manage and synthesize large volumes of complex industry information, I used Google Notebook LM as a research and project management tool. This allowed me to rapidly identify key insights and translate them into a modular sales deck that simplified a complex offering and empowered business development teams to pitch more confidently and effectively.
Eko Health
As fractional Creative Director, I identified a bottleneck in content production—one copywriter handling daily output across B2B and B2C touchpoints. I evaluated Grammarly, ChatGPT, Jasper, and BrandFire, testing each against Eko’s brand guidelines. I presented a video walkthrough comparing quality, usability, and cost, and recommended a generative AI tool that preserved brand voice while dramatically improving workflow efficiency.

For a full website redesign, I used ChatGPT and UX Pilot AI to accelerate the UX process. ChatGPT supported competitor research and prompt refinement, while UX Pilot generated mobile and desktop wireframes. I then brought those into Figma for visual design and development handoff. This AI-assisted workflow significantly reduced design time while maintaining high-quality UX/UI outputs.
